possible service and support. To assist in this process, please review the following disclaimer. Quotes are valid for 7 days only. The customer will be liable for damage report cost and will need to arrange reinburstment from their insurance. All repairs carry a 6 month warranty excluding negligence and malicious damage due to user/other intervention. Fast Fix Mobile deserves the right to reject any warranty claims at its own discretion. Should Fast Fix Mobile find any other
damages while repairing a device, the client will be notified and quoted accordingly. Fast Fix Mobile will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or stolen items whatsoever.
Data Protection and Authority
:Fast Fix Mobile is not liable for loss of data, your confidential, proprietary, or personal information. Before you bring your device for any service consultation, we request that you make a backup of your data if possible. In line with POPI act guidelines Fast Fix Mobile will respect the confidentuality of your personal data.
Limitation of Liability
:Fast Fix Mobile and it’s affiliates will under no circumstances, whether direct, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any service consultation or services, including but not limited to the cost of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data or any loss of business, profits, revenue or anticipated savings. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Fix Mobile does not warrant that it will be able to (i) Repair or replace device/s without risk to or loss of programs or data.
